China Telecom to launch phone with claimed quantum cryptography (scmp.com)

I'm begging for someone to squeeze this "quantum secure call" app and measure the amount of snake oil in it. I'm guessing about a quart.

At first I thought they were claiming PQC algorithms, but no, it's QKD.
