Why is the purchase price not revealed? Is this usually a sign of a soft failure for a VC-funded company?
Yes. And Red Hat is not known for splurging on pre-profitability M&A. This was relatively cheap. I’m going to take a wild guess and say $100M?
Stackrox raised a round a few months ago so I'd expect the outcome to be positive here
