Elusive Green Consumer – Do people buy eco-friendly stuff? (hbr.org)

I'm trying to understand the 'green' industry and whether there is potential for a true sustainable business there. Usually, what people say is different from what they do.For instance, this HBR article states that people who identify with the values of sustainability still usually end up buying stuff that is cheap and easy and do not consider environmental costs in that space.
