Is it illegal to stage a protest now? That appears to be the only thing that they are accusing Trump of doing. This is a very low blow by the Democrats given that Trump is on his way out anyway. The only issue I take with Trump's actions is that they are overly combative. He could have acted in a way that makes the left feel less alienated. It goes to show that the Democrats are not by any means morally superior enough to capitalize on this by being "the bigger man."
