I have flagged this because it is an old article and so the title is misleading. We do have some covid restrictions, including mandatory masks on public transport in Auckland and on domestic flights, and two weeks of isolation, in government managed isolation facilities (hotels), for anyone arriving from overseas and businesses must display QR codes for people to scan with a tracer app.
