i've read that if you don't take enough calcium then to maintain blood level vit D causes calcium to be taken from bones. however, no clue about numbers. I drink two glasses of milk and get way more calcium than i need, is 4000 IU vitamin D high enough to warrant k2? what about body weight/composition, gender and my diet.
Biotin for my pickin' nails.
And flowing locks of 60yo hair hehe
Milk Thistle, for my overworked liver.
Lutien, for my eyes.
Fish oil, for my heart.
Multi-mineral for mineral-needing stuff.
C, just because.
And something called "Cogniful", for my tiny mind.
Melatonin and turmeric. The melatonin is actually more to help me wake up than fall asleep. I used to have a horrible time waking up. Now I usually wake up right before my alarm goes off.

[ 2.7 ms ] story [ 48.9 ms ] threadD increases absorption, while K2 increases utilization. And we're all starved of K2 because industrial farmers feed crappy food to our animals...
What happens?
Nutrition science is in middle ages for sure
Vitamin D should definitely be taken in the morning, as it affects circadian clock, but K2 timing is probably not that important.

For eye health. I actually only went for this supplement because the BBC had a documentary about it and it proved to be helpful for the eyes.
What is the recommended amount of K2?
