Growing a Startup Team – Want To Hear Your Experiences!

So we are scaling the team right now. I have a feeling a lot of things will change.

- Our “daily standup” with the entire company just won’t be possible as there’s too many people. Afraid we might lose that “togetherness” that made us really efficient as a startup.

- Super excited about growing the dev team. However it seems like we might lose our speed to the processes that need to be in place for more than 5 devs working together. How do we overcome that?

- How fast should we scale? Should we do it all at once, or by stages (3 new hires per month) until we reach our goal.
