A dedicated space with minimal disruption. Working on the dining or kitchen table was a nightmare.
There's nothing better than having a designated place to work and do nothing else.
A Salt lamp really sets the mood for me
a box on top of my desk for my laptop. voilà a standing desk. I don't use it all day, but try to for at least half the day
I have one room which is simply just the office, nothing else. External display, keyboard, and mouse of course. No idea how people work on their laptops for a long time.
I keep it simple, exercise, healthy food, vitamin D.
Dual monitors for sure. Noise cancelling headphones with music that helps you get into your flow state.
Disconnecting.

Learn to physically keep work and personal on different devices (and spaces if you need it!). Put work laptop away and out of sight when you’re done. Don’t put work slack or email on your personal phone.

This helps productivity by helping prevent burnout, giving your brain a break to hit the ground running during the work week.
