Ask HN: An issue/bug-tracker specific for data?

Hi, I would like to kindly ask - is there any issue tracker that is specifically designed or adapted to data problems?

At my company we have recurring problems - a query that does not work, weird data on some tables, column types that should be changed, fields that should be deprecated...

I would like to gather all issues and requests in a single place, and I wonder if there is a tool that is better suited for this specific use case.

You may not like it, but a generic thing like Jira could do it.

Github issues are not as generic and designed for software code first but it could work I guess.

This is interesting, maybe the UI can allow testing of buggy queries, or setting up and teardown of test environments. But this seems more of an extension to some existing issue tracker rather than a separate product.
