Where do I find a database leaked by hacker

Recently in Brazil there are plently of news of a hacker that stole lots of personal information of almost 90% of Brazil civilians and also from many already dead people from a credit bureau company. On many news outlets they say the hacker is providing for free "on many forums" the entire database with just the minimmal information (like name and birth date) and is charging for the entire database with all the information (address, email, telephone...). I searched a lot at ddg.gg and also on some search engines of Tor (like Torch) but I couldnt find anything about this.

I work for a brazilian company that alerts users when their data is exposed and have lawyers who sue those companies where the informatin was leaked from on behalf of the exposed people (with their consent, of course). But after searching a lot we still cant find where this hacker is providing active communication so we can download the free database and check if the customers we already have are present in this leak).
