something I wish existed. Operations teams have business context, but no direct control over even simple workflows. Engineers are overwhelmed updating rules logic, there’s no visibility/auditability and customer experience tanks. YES this would have saved me so much pain at my old company. Always had to get an engineer to make changes for me. Wish it existed back then...
