I think the title/post is misleading. This isn't Miami's white paper. The city just uploaded a copy of Satoshi's original bitcoin white paper to their website along with some empty PR jargon.
What a joke! This is just beyond parody at this point. Florida can kiss goodbye any dream of being the next SV if they don’t take climate change seriously. Soon they can be the next atlanatis.
