This (potential) lawsuit seems like revenge for denying FBs access to fingerprint/track/identify/sell everything about you. And such a case would spill out a lot details for the public to see. Kind of surprised they would lean this way.
I don't own a cell phone. I ordered a Librem 5 a couple years ago, it'll be my first one. I just don't like the idea of hauling around a GovCorp tracking pod with me.
