The people behind this must have been insane and if you ever wanted an example of Sunk Cost Fallacy it’s this.

The Amiga A500 had been available for 2 years when this was released.

People were still lining up to buy Apple II's in 1989.

The Amiga 500 had a crap power supply. I had a failing one when I opened the box. The replacement took a month. It lasted three years. By that time my 1080 monitor had been dead for more than a year.

I have a fond place in my heart. In retrospect, they were unreliable even for home use even if they were amazing.
