The risk that I see with pursuing this idea is that there are already very good solutions for both building forms and for generating QRs (surveymonkey + qr-creator).
very true and heavily considered. I want to however aim for the smaller businesses that cant afford complicated methods yet want some basic feedback back. I also want to create templates to make it so much easier. Templates for both questions and qr code designs
Idea looks interesting but if we have templates where this app is very useful or solves some problem, can be better.
Place like restaurants, clubs, etc are the places I can imagine right now.
