Disables Google based sync services on chromium. For example, arch's community install of chromium will no longer support Google sign on and sync making it almost worthless in today's world.
This is probably going to kill chrome for a lot of Linux users who prefer to use standard package manager installs of things.
Closed source chrome itself is obviously still available, but I'll pass. Needed something to kick me over to Firefox anyway, why not this.
