I'm amazed how often this question pops up. And I like that there are so many managers out there.

I will throw my own hat into the ring:

https://www.curabase.com

It is a side project, but I use it as my daily driver. I keep saying it is a bookmark manager, but perhaps is is more of a directory builder.

I launched here a few years ago, and then life got in the way.

Anyway, its back and I've been running monthly sprints to improve it for myself.

Have a look and shoot me some feedback.

I think there might be a typo on the homepage: "No e-email required!" Other than that nitpick, the site looks very intuitive.
i use raindrop.io for bookmarks, for twitter im building a tool to bookmark tweets by labels and convert threads into articles , https://twimark.io
Whatever native bookmarking utility comes in whatever browser I'm using. Because whatever I'm doing there will likely stay there.

Back in the day I used Delicious, but after that went kaput I realized I didn't really need it.

If I really need a link for later I'll email it to myself as an actual send or as a draft.

A text file. Synced with my phone along with my passwords using Syncthing.
