For those curious this seems to be about netblocks.org that are frequently quoted when it comes to internet connectivity issues.

It seems like they are collecting data without any consent and also making it up??

It gets worse.. they've also attacked any researcher who has asked questions about their methodology, ethics, and data. I know because I was one of them. Very shady and toxic group.
