Paul Schilperoord published a book about the inventor of the design principles and names for the Volkswagen Beetle in 2012. The Jewish engineer and technology journalist who had to flee Germany before the creation of today's Volkswagen Enterprise remains rarely mentioned along the lines of the Beetle.
