Thank you HN: 250 candidates in 10 hours

As many of you know, my company Hipster launched the following site this afternoon:

Thanks in large part to the contributions / recommendations / applications from the Hacker News community, we've received 250 applications in the last 10 hours.

Here's the breakdown of the applications:

-50% of the applications were for marketing / sales / BD jobs, and irrelevant to what we're looking for.

-40% of the applicants were developers, ranging in quality.

-10% of the applicants, on the other hand, are top-tier, Google / Facebook quality engineers, from places like Google, Yahoo, AOL, SalesForce, Oracle, Twitter, and more.

Success like this doesn't happen in a vacuum - I wanted to give a big thank you to the Hacker News community that made this possible!
