Which is better, Google +1 or Facebook Like?

I have used +1 in my site http://www.lolzwow.com. I believe Google social plugin will help in Search Engine Optimization too. Who ever wins the battle making the web content more social we Internet user will be the winner for sure. Please if you like my site Give +1 for it.
