I won't be surprised the slightest when that happens. The only question left is which evil democracy-hater organization will carry the attack. Not al-Qaeda as it's getting old, an iranian based sounds more likely.

I'm not influencing public policy, setting up foundations and organizations to lobby, inviting politicians and policy makers to conferences, or pushing for this or that through mass paid campaigns.

Talking publicly as an individual is part of what's called "democracy".

Undue influence based on your money is part of what's called corporatism.
