We were working on a travel app (https://www.sally.guide) in the UK but ran into trouble when the country's covid situation got worse and we went back into lockdown. We tried pivoting to Australia as it seemed that they were doing better covid rates wise. Unfortunately they're also now struggling, with new lockdowns in some states too.
We came up with the idea to create a simpler app in the meantime that makes the best of one's time stuck at home with their partner.
We thought the idea of date scratch cards would be a fun central concept. Each scratch card reveals an activity challenge to enjoy with your partner. Your memories together are then recorded though photos to create a memory story-esque scrapbook.
It went live on the App Store a couple days ago, meeting our pre-Valentines deadline! :)
