Ask HN: Service for setting up multi region app?

Hi HN, is there a service out there that allows one to host a multi region app, sort of write node/java/go etc, then deploy anywhere in the world.

Currently have an app on Heroku (US) but it's hard to serve customers as far away as France.

Any advice, thoughts or recommendations on this would be welcomed.
