Like most HN users, I had a Keybase account before the Stellar space drop that happened back in September 2019 [1]. This week I checked the app and noticed that the XLM coins were still there and now worth around $600. Just a reminder for people who had forgotten about this giveaway like I did.

Apparently not for everyone, my account is from ~2016 and I did not receive any, so some additional criteria besides having a set up account seemed to apply.

But this was a good reminder to delete my keybase account.

I think you had to log in and set something up to get it.
