Ask HN: Choline to Counteract Anticholinergic Agents?

I've been forced to increase the dosage of an SSRI I'm taking. This SSRI has stronger than average (for it's class) anticholinergic activity, specifically a muscarinic antagonist.

Anticholinergic agents can negatively impact cognition. Would Choline supplementation be a way to counteract this?

Why ask hear? Because brilliant people peruse HN and maybe other users are taking an anticholinergic agent and would be interested in maintaining optimal cognition. Thank you.
