If all of current free Google services required a fee to use, would you pay?

I've attempted purchasing paid-for alternatives to all of the Google services, and so far they haven't stuck. But yeah, if I could get the advantages implied in being a paying customer (privacy, customer support, UI updates that aren't geared towards their ad business), I would.

I would happily be free from needness to spent giant amounts of time watching silly Youtube videos.

Having just moved to Youtube premium... fuck yes. Get rid of this advertising bullshit in gmail, please. Let me pay your server costs (tiny at their huge scale) plus a small premium to continue to fight bugs and improvements.
