Some college, didn't finish. Don't regret it really. Like certifications they only help getting your first couple of jobs in a field and often if that's a deal breaker for the company in question later on you probably don't want to work there anyway.
Yeah, I dropped out with one semester to go. It would be easy to go back and finish, but I really haven't felt the need. No one seems to care if you don't have a degree if you are a developer who can show his work.
Started working on the family farm at 12; couldn't wait to go to university; loved every minute of it. Had a full-time job at a startup throughout my senior year of BSEE.
I dropped out. I later went back and got an associate of arts. I also have a certificate in GIS that is the equivalent of master's level work. I have never finished my bachelor's.
LOL I was recently told by someone else that there should a separate option for Leave of Absence vs Dropped Out as some may or may not return whereas dropping out indicates no intention of returning. They were also careful to note it sounded better.
Finished 3 associate degrees: Associate in General Education, A.A.S in Computer Programming, A.A.S in High Performance Computing. Dropped out as a junior while working on B.S. in Computer Science. May yet go back one day, depending on how things shake out.
Always continuing to learn anyway though... I was always more self-taught than school-taught, even when I was in school. That autodidactism thing hasn't died off yet, so I'm always devouring some sort of information or something...
