Ask HN: Best Health Scoring Libraries

I've been developing a health score that takes data from 50+ categories to produce a daily health score. I'm considering to make it open source and invite others who are experimenting in the field to contribute. I have been getting contributions from medical community for some time now.

The objective of this submission is to see if there are other similar projects whether as a Github library, blog post or paper that you are aware of.
