Ask HN: Urgent Connection to Twitter Support

A couple of weeks ago my Twitter account was mistakenly suspended for "Impersonation". I have been using my real name, real profile picture and real bio ever since. I tried to desperately connect with support by email and by their support page without luck. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? What else can I do?
