Ask HN: Is there any database with physical/chemical properties of substances?

Hello, are there any databases of with various properties of chemical substances (like chemspider), which I could host myself locally? The idea is I want to look for substances by their properties (for example melting point). I know there online databases, but they only allow to search by name which is opposite of what i want to do. I also ask specifically for database because spreadsheet will probably cause performance issues.
