I've been collecting key historical journal articles in my field for a number of years, and this paper was the hardest to find. Rare book dealers are a small group, so I reached out to a local shop who put me in touch with someone in Berlin who had it. The shipment was actually lost for a few months in transit but eventually arrived. I had it archival framed professionally.
It's important historically because this is the RNA modification (without the N1 methyl) central to both authorized mRNA COVID vaccines and I've been working on pseudouridine for 13 years.
