Best-in-class employee onboarding checklists?

I'm 5 weeks into a new role - the HR director asked for a 1:1 tomorrow to see how things are going.

This company doesn't have an onboarding framework other than scheduling 1:1s with various team leads around the company. They help but the learning curve is starting to flatten.

I want to help her with some best practices. What do y'all got?
