Ask HN: What problem should a digital product solve so you would pay $2 for it

For an amount as small as $2, what would be that one thing that has been bugging you so much that you really wish there was a well designed solution for.

a way to find work easily. so far we really only have fiverr and upwork. both are crap.
Yeh I know the pain. Both look and feel like am on eBay all over again.
A decentralised social network. :)
If anything bugs me greatly, then I whip up a solution that works for me. I apply this process not only in the field of computers, but also in the workshop, the garden and our home. That's what engineers do!
I can buy two pair of reading glasses at DollarTree for $2. They work. Ergo, they are well designed.

And two pair means I can still find a pair of reading glasses when the other pair is pushed up to my forehead.

If I have to invest more mental energy than walking into DollarTree, that's a bigger problem than the two dollar problem.

Find problems that are worth $10,000.

You only need 0.02% as many customers to make your nut. And the problem is big enough that people will be happy to pay.

Good luck.
