Tell HN: Parts of YouTube are down

Some parts of YouTube appear to be down [0]. Watching videos still works, but accessing channel pages [1] does not seem to work.

Edit: The example appears to work on arbitrary reloads now, but some channels are still down. Does anyone know if this was part of some kind of maintenance?
