Ask HN: How did you find a Joint Venture partner for your SaaS?

I run a SaaS app for forms and am looking for someone to engage in some co-marketing with.

Some ideas might be - I provide a specialized free plan to the JV's users in exchange for exposure, we coordinate on a shared bundle of some kind, etc.

Have any bootstrappers found a JV partner? Where? How? Did it work out?
