Heatmaps can be a great way to visualize mouse hovering but other than that it doesn't offer a great deal into the actual experience of the visitors on your site. Even a scrolling action is reflected on the heatmap. Our user journey feature can show you what they clicked, scrolled, searched etc. and using our powerful filtering options, you can clearly see how they interacted with your site. Not as dots, but as real people and their journeys :)
