> her father was arrested on suspicion of being complicit in a terrorist killing

How was her father alleged to be complicit? The article doesn't say, does anyone have a more complete source?

From here https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-54632353

> A man named only as Brahim C, a parent of one of Mr Paty's pupils, is also under investigation. The 48-year-old is accused of orchestrating a hate campaign against Mr Paty and exchanging text messages with the killer before the attack.

He knew she was lying
Persecution syndrome and victimhood narrative sometimes backfire. In this case far from sympathy it has triggered a crackdown.

Our inability to be honest about reality is taking us to dangerous places.

Joe Rogan had Ayaan Hirsi Ali on recently. This story, topics, and many related we talked about and I learned much. There is a significant cultural aspect to it.

The title is nonsense.

She lied. Her father started a hate campaign (he is now saying he was an idiot). A man killed the teacher.

She did not admit that her lie got the teacher behaded (even though it indirectly had)
