Most popular website hosted on a single server in 2021?

I know things like K8s, Nomad, Docker Swarm, etc. exist - however I'm curious what website is the most popular/technically complex that's hosted on a single server. I know there was a point in time where Stack Overflow was 3 physical machines.

I'd love to hear some stories.

The famous "index.php" file, https://remoteok.io, single server + whole website is just an index.php file, and probably earn more than many fancy k8s/ dockers setup website
