Are your UIs made from scratch or you use templates?

We never use templates and always start from scratch.

I've seen a lot of freelance design services going this direction lately: https://designpickle.com , https://www.manypixels.co/ but I guess you focus only on UX/UI?

Indeed. That's where our idea was born. However, most of those companies (especially the 2 that you mentioned) focus more on graphic design instead of product (ux/ui). They also outsource all of their work to low cost, junior level designers, while we do everything in-house.
