Ask HN: How do you handle bad customer support from large tech companies?
There was a time when tweeting about bad customer support from a big tech company would often result in someone reaching out.
Right now I am having a battle trying to get apple to honour their program to replace defective keyboards on their macbook airs. I've tweeted about it multiple times with absolutely no success.
Are there some other ways of getting large companies like that to take customer support issues seriously?
