Sometimes I think of something & want to stay focused on what I’m doing, but will kick myself later if I don’t write it down, so I’ve gotten in a habit of writing “quiknotes” in quantities of “3s”
(3 lines generally, but more specifically just 3 parts)
Maybe someone someday will make an App or even some form of RSS tech to aggregate ideas for the purpose of readily accessible form of “idea-share”
Maybe a newsletter is tech enough?
Could be cool for copyleft creativity .. i.e.:
- sharing ideas for essays
- characters/plots for short stories
- or just microblogging
Know essentially it’s nothing new but also seems like a beginning towards a “linux-style” form of writing
Also! I don’t mean / do not at all wish (0%) to come off as some savvy or wannabe-cool-coder dude
I don’t even code (I suck at coding) & really most things (have a very high low-success-rate generally speaking) but I’ve been doing creative writing like this for a bit & only type all this here to share
If this my last HN post because everyone hates it just want to say I much respect the moderators & the HN community as a whole

know this demo is random & maybe curious but decided to experiment beyond the typical “forum-level nature of interaction” by typing some these out, with respect to experimentation
If this concept is new to you then check out Edward de Bono. He built a whole career out devising and/or documenting these kinds of creativity and thinking 'hacks'. His book "Lateral Thinking" is a classic.

Yeah I started blogging like this
To me it’s a combination of something between
- a haiku
- an equation
- & a quick way to take a note
