Assembled is a great product. I have recommended it to a bunch of people that are serious about optimizing response times and getting the right people in front of the customers.
This was a great read. Allison Pickens is the former COO of Gainsight, so she definitely knows what she's talking about when it comes to Customer Success/Customer Support.
