Ask HN: How does your company train engineers?

Is there any place where I can find internal training policies for engineers? I´m looking for "back to school" programs, internal workshops or labs teams for jr/trainee software enginieers.

We don't.

Sure, they give us access to stuff like PluralSight, but they don't give us time to really use it. They do some non-technical training like for diversity and inclusion and Lean/Agile. That's it.
