Ask HN: Have iOS app in Swift, stuck between cross-platform & Kotlin for Android

Hi everyone.

I currently have an iOS app developed in Swift, and want to extend my app's reach to Android. Since I plan on sticking to Swift for iOS, is there any benefit to using a cross-platform language (i.e. React Native, Flutter, etc.) over Kotlin for Android?

Some things to note: (1) I have a good amount of experience in React, Python, Java (2) I'm looking for the solution with the: best performance; best productivity (i.e. installation, hot reloading, etc.); easiest way to share backend code logic (since I don't want to repeat my backend logic twice between iOS and Android); best ease of use; I have another person working on this with me

Thank you!
