I think the next time I look for a job I'll ask to see the org chart and have a quick chat with whoever is at the bottom of it before accepting an offer.

It looks like it's referring to when you start a new job, but that doesn't really seem helpful.

It seems a bit insane to interview for a new position and not ask to see where you will be working or talk to some of your potential coworkers ahead of time. But here we are.
