While I agree with some of what the author is saying, I don't think the mocking and ridiculing sarcasm are really helping at all. It just makes the author look obnoxious and rude.
The FSF is said to have engaged the services of a PR firm. Hopefully, the style of activistic petulant juvenilia is confined to a narrower band target audience with their help.
