I find this very interesting but I don't see the one thing answered I was looking for... which is how does he get ahold of these? I imagine even old missile guidance tech isn't something the US would want other countries to study in detail?
If you are interested, check out "Death Wears Bunny Slippers" on YT -- they bought a "decommissioned" Titan II missile site and opened it up. It's actually pretty interesting as the facility had been filled in and flooded, there's a lot of work they had to do just to even get into it.
