This organization wants to crowdfund the purchase of Facebook at current market value by soliciting donations via PayPal?
Are they aware that there is already a mechanism in place to buy companies called the stock market? Hypothetically the most efficient way to do this would be to ask folks to purchase then donate shares.
A 16 page pdf booklet (for some reason) about how facebook is bad. (yea, we know)
That starts with the proposal to purchase Facebook for its fair market price of 360 Billion dollars, then dives into lots of lovely proof in quotes from intellectuals that Facebook is bad.
Then there's a paypal link to Donate.
Is this a joke? Is this a scam? It seems unhinged or at least delusional. No names, no history, no faces, no endorsements, no proven track record. The author doesn't seem to understand how much a billion dollars is and everything that goes along with that, let alone 360 of them.
