So I see SPACs as worse than junk bonds, ripe for pump and dump. Can anyone give evidence otherwise?
Overall, they seem to be a better "bundle" than the IPO of capital and going public. You know exact dilution and capital raised, lower regulatory burden, but are expensive for companies.

Direct listings are more price optimal.

It's traditional IPOs that don't make much sense to me anymore. More burden & more uncertainty than SPACs + higher cost than direct listings.
